J'aurais voulu connaitre les conditions et les formalités à remplir pour créer un commerce en tunisie quand on est étranger résidant???

VOUS POUVEZ

-CONSTITUER UNE SOCIETE DONT VOUS SERIEZ GERANT PAR EXEMPLE DANS CE CAS VOUS DEVIEZ VOUS ADRESSER A L'API - AGENGE DE PROMOTION DE L'INDUSTRIE - SITE (www.tunisieindustrie.nat.org)

-EXERCER A TITRE INDIVIDUEL AUQUEL CAS VOUS VOUS ADRESSIEZ AU BUREAU DE CONTROLE DES IMPOTS DONT VOUS DEPENDIEZ ET IL VOUS INDIQUERAIT LA DEMARCHE A SUIVRE.
