Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait avoir la note commune N°8 Texte DGI N°94/09 et la note commune N°23 Texte DGI N°90/28

Voulez-vous dire notes communes n :8/1994 et 23/1990?
SVP mettez votre adresse mail pour que je puisse vous les envoyer car je ne connais pas la technique pour les mettre en téléchargement à partir des forums.
